University of Tennessee Neyland Stadium Renovation: Phase 1c The University of Tennessee’s Neyland Stadium Phase 1c will focus on the addition of a new West Club and Terraced Club with revised seating deck to create more price points in the stadium. The project will also include the renovation of Concourse 2 in the West Grandstand , exterior façade, and concessions and toilets on Concourses Two and Three, renovations of the two Suites levels, complete renovation of the Press Level, and a new 450 seat west side club. Also included is the future phase of completing a Terraced Club seating area with enclosed amenities. The project continues the work outlined in the master plan for the 104,000 seat stadium. PSFC serving as sports consultant to McCarty, Holsaple, McCarty, Architects, will aid in the programming and design layout of the concourses, as well as, updating the Master Plan.

University of Tennessee Neyland Stadium Renovation: Phase 1b The University of Tennessee’s Neyland Stadium Phase 1b will focus on the renovation of the existing locker room, new Letterman’s Club, new Media Center, and concessions and toilets in the West Grandstand on Concourse 1 and new mezzanine level. The project continues the work outlined in the master plan for the 104,000 seat stadium. PSFC serving as sports consultant to McCarty, Holsaple, McCarty, Architects, will aid in the programming and design layout of the concourses, as well as, updating the Master Plan.
University of Tennessee Neyland Stadium Renovation: Phase 1a The University of Tennessee’s Neyland Stadium Phase One construction progresses. The $23 Million dollar first phase of renovation to Neyland Stadium is steadily moving forward. Areas include widening of existing concourses, additional toilets and improved concessions, and a new 414-Seat outdoor club seating area with enclosed lounge.
Gehry Partners Retain PSFC as Sports Consultant The office of renown architect Frank Gehry has hired PSFC to work on the new Brooklyn Arena, future home of the NBA New Jersey Nets. Primary scope of work is to assist the design team with sightlines and bowl design approaches for all levels of the arena and numerous event types.
University of Tennessee Neyland Stadium Master Plan PSFC to provide expertise to aid in the future vision of the University of Tennessee’s Neyland Football Stadium. Working with local architect, McCarty, Holsaple, McCarty, PSFC and MHM will review all areas of the stadium. Primary elements are to improve the concourse circulation and amenities as well as potential revenue streams.
University of Tennessee Lindsey Nelson Stadium Renovation PSFC to provide expertise to aid in the future vision of the University of Tennessee’s Lindsey Nelson Baseball Stadium. Working with local architect, Lindsay & Maples, PSFC and L&M will review all areas of the stadium. Primary elements are to improve the concourse circulation and amenities as well as potential revenue streams. |
